A couple of weeks ago, I was asked for an interview about some of the work we are doing on ants in Oklahoma. I had a wonderful time answering questions about why I do some of the things that I do and frankly just gushing about ants. The piece just came out and I have scanned it for anyone interested in a quick read (below).
Thinking back about some of the questions I was asked made me think a little more about not only my answers but why I have seemingly fallen in love,again, with invertebrate biodiversity. It’s hard to explain but the more I get off the computer and venture out into the great outdoors, the more I see nature’s complexity, its oddities, and its beauty. Speaking of which, time to go outside…
